Terms of Service

These terms govern use of Rental Cloud, a property-management service operated by Link Web Development Ltd. By creating or using an account, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure, using individual user accounts for authorized people, assigning appropriate property access, and promptly removing access that is no longer required.
Lawful use and tenant information
You may use Rental Cloud only for lawful property-management purposes. You are responsible for the accuracy and lawful collection, use and disclosure of information you enter about tenants, applicants, vendors and other people, including providing notices or obtaining consent where required.
Communications and connected services
Features may use third-party services such as email, SMS/Twilio and Plaid. You are responsible for using communications features in accordance with applicable laws and for maintaining any third-party accounts or permissions required for connected services.
Data and backups
You retain responsibility for business records entered into Rental Cloud. Rental Cloud provides data export features and maintains operational backups, but you should retain copies of records that are independently required for legal, accounting or business purposes.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Features may be changed, improved, limited or retired as the service develops. Material changes affecting these terms will be reflected by updating the date above.
No legal, tax or accounting advice
Rental Cloud provides record-keeping and workflow tools. Reports, reminders and calculations are informational and do not replace professional legal, tax or accounting advice.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, non-payment where applicable, or unlawful use. Account holders may request deletion from Account Settings, subject to legitimate legal, accounting, dispute, security and backup retention requirements.
Responsibility for decisions
You remain responsible for property-management decisions, notices, maintenance decisions, tenant screening, rent collection and compliance obligations. Rental Cloud automation and reminders should be reviewed before relying on them for time-sensitive or legally significant actions.
